Something important I forgot to mention. It isn't as easy as adding
thisexception. All the copyright stakeholders would have to agree and
then Richard Stallman would still have to approve it.

My hope is that on OS/X and Windows where we do binary builds that I can
get libcurl to use GNUTLS. If that is achieved this is a non issue.
