i am german and i want to know more about the use oft he software.
Is it possible to get it in german language. If not, there can i find it
in English?

In English, there is a tutorial, somewhat out of date, but most of what
you need to understand the basics of gnubg usage is there :

An old version of the reference manual is there :

The current version should be on your machine (for Windows, it
would be in C:\Program Files\gnubg\doc if installed in the default place).
