The message at www.gnubg.org says that it is temporarily offline due to "DSGVO". This is probably the German acronym for GDPR. Does someone (Michael ? Achim ?) knows what the issue is ? A zealous and late hosting provider ? Something with the (mostly obsolete) wiki part of the site and its users database ?
