The data is available at https://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/gnubg/nn-training/ The training databases should be the same as those used for gnubg 1.00 in late 2012 - early 2013. The benchmarks contain the same positions as the earlier ones, with a few additional candidate moves that appeared during unfruitful later training, but the changes are marginal.
