When converting the gnubg CVS repository to git, it will be necessary to map the savannah accounts used with cvs to git authors, with a format of: Full Name <email@dress>
I extracted a list of all cvs commits and their authors and could find almost all names and (possibly obsolete) addresses in the ChangeLog file. A tentative mapping is in this file: http://philippe.michel7.free.fr/gnubg/authormap If you are, or have been, involved with gnubg development, would you mind looking if your name is in it and if this is the case send me any needed correction ? Note that some appear twice, including under an "uid....." account ; I suppose this comes from an change of account or some internal change at savannah.
