The po file editors have a fonction similar to "compile to mo". You then copy the created .mo file as "gnubg.mo" in your gnubg installation (on Windows this would probably be in %AppData%\Local\gnubg\locale\<language>\LC_MESSAGES\gnubg.mo) Selecting the above <language> in the Settings/Language... menu would then use your translations.
