Both spellings appear to be valid:
1) Google for +parameterization -> 1360000 hits
+parametrization -> 673000 hits
2) <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parametrization> uses both spellings.
The spelling I use is apparently a minority spelling. But not worth
"correcting".
