Not directly Gnulib related, but I figured some on this list may be
interested.

Today QNX announced that you can get a free (as in price) license for
QNX for non-commercial use, and download an image for use with QEMU [1].

Their list of supported packages includes Emacs, Gperf, GnuTLS, etc.
[2], so presumably Gnulib is mostly working there.
