As the sole author of the files
  gnulib/lib/trunc.c
  gnulib/lib/floor.c
  gnulib/lib/ceil.c
(that I wrote between 2007-10-04 and 2007-10-13), I give you the permission
to redistribute them under
  GPLv3+ plus GCC runtime Library Exception.
