Recently Jose E. Marchesi requested that we'd be able to re-license
some Gnulib files to re-use them on the GCC Algol 68 run-time[1].

Bruno Haible graciously granted us permission to do so for
gnulib/lib/trunc.c, gnulib/lib/floor.c and gnulib/lib/ceil.c[2].

We'd like to use gnulib/lib/round.c too, which is currently licensed
LGPLv3+ and has the following authorship info: Written by Ben Pfaff
<[email protected]>, 2007. Based heavily on code by Bruno Haible.

Do we have your permission to re-license the file to GPLv3+ plus GCC
Runtime Library Exception?

Thanks,
Pietro
