This patch updates the doc for OpenBSD 7.9.
Compared to OpenBSD 7.5,
- no new POSIX or ISO C relevant .h files were added,
- the functions
ffsl, ffsll, wcsnlen (posix-functions),
scandirat (glibc-functions)
were added.
