Hello gnupod devs!

Is there some development going on at gnupod?
I have an 4GB iPod shuffle which i want to use with gnupod. But it looks
that some things have changed from 3rd to 4th generation.

First, to get the ipod mounted, you have to use /dev/sdX itself. There is
no partition number on it.
A mount -t vfat /dev/sdb /mnt/iPod/ -o check=r works.
Then using version 0.99.7 of gnupod is working too. It writes to the ipod
and creates all files without problems.
But if i want to start playing the music on the ipod, it is only saying:
"Please use iTunes to sync to this ipod.". This does not happen if i use
iTunes from a Windows PC.
I suppose, that the format of the iTunesDB files changed.

So, i will send you a gzipped version of the gnupod and the iTunes
generated iTunesDB, both with the same files in it. I hope that you are
able to analyze the new DB and update the gnupod project to support the
new shuffle.

Regards,
David Schueler
