Well, I have no computers where I can run Windows to see the issue� but I took a look
at the Windows backend this afternoon and I saw nothing which can be clearly related
to this problem. Anyway I'm going to rewrite how the toolbar view is handled in
relation with the content view. May be that will fix this problem even if it should
probably be fixed in its current state to prevent it to appear again.

Summary: Toolbar doesn't resize window view correctly on win32
Original Submission: The NSToolbar class doesn't move the view down properly and ends
up not showing the toolbar at all. The window gets larger but the content view isn't
shifted downward as it should be.

This is likely a backend problem as well since it works on other platforms as expected.
