Hello,

I think GNUStep have a little bug to display 16 bits tiff rgb picture.
This is an astronomy picture example which must display a planet (Venus
maybe):

With xlib backend I've got this log message and nothing is displayed:
"Bizzare number of bits per sample 16".

With art backend, something is displayed but it's really buggy ! This is
the screenshot of the above picture displayed:

Another thing is when I try to convert this picture with
"...representationUsingType: NSJPEGFileType..." it return nil.

I'm runing the last GNUStep source release compiled on a
Linux/x86/Debian Sarge system.

If someone can display it correctly, please tell me.
If someone had a patch or an issue to display 16 bits tiff picture,
please give me your solution (I really need to display such picture
_under_ GNUStep).

Christopthe.
