Details:

This is a patch to NSUserDefaults that separates the code in synchronize into
multiple methods, and a subclass which overrides those methods to perform
registry based defaults.

For backwards compatiablity, the code will use a .GNUStepDefaults file if it
finds one, and it will keep it up to date with new defaults, but it will not
create the file if it is missing.

2 attachments, a patch to NSUserDefaults et al, and a new file
NSUserDefaultsWin32.m.

I am sure someone will hate this proposed change, but perhaps it can be a
starting point for a discussion.
