Hopefully I fixed that in svn trunk.
You can map the key using the user defaults system ...
The names of the X-windows key symbols used can be specified in the
GSFirstHelpKey and GSSecondHelpKey user defaults.  They should be 'Help' and
'Super_L' respectively, by default.
NB. a bug in the current stable release of gnustep-back means that the second
help key is defined by GSSecondAlternateKey rather than GSSecondhelpkey as it
should be.
