There seems to be something weird going on, perhaps with a previous
setup - for instance, it's installing base components into /home/ryan/
GNUstep/Applications/...
Can you make sure there are no GNUSTEP environment variables set and
completely remove the old GNUstep installation and try again? Make
sure to remove
/usr/GNUstep/* AND /etc/GNUstep/GNUstep.conf
One way to remove all env variables is to source:
. /usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Makefiles/GNUstep-reset.sh (before you
remove it, of course)
