Details:

I get the following error message whenever trying start any GNUstep
application.  I'm guessing it's a -base problem.  I tried with both GWorkspace
and SystemPreferences.  GNUstep core libraries and applications are from the
latest SVN (r27214) installed on a clean system (Slackware 12.1).  This was
not happening when I built from SVN a few weeks ago (2, maybe 3 weeks ago).
