Follow-up Comment #6, bug #25357 (project gnustep):
I suppose the documentation could just be in the top-level configure script
... on the basis that if you are executing the lower level script directly,
you probably ought to know what you are doing anyway. The idea of the lower
level stuff was to be able to change path information without having to
rebuild the whole pacakge, so it's something for an automated system or for an
expert anyway.
