Follow-up Comment #1, bug #30910 (project gnustep):
I've committed a change to WinNSMenu.m in the WinUXTheme that takes care of
this problem (r31214). Hopefully someone with suitable privileges here can
take a quick look to verify my change and mark this bug as closed.
