Follow-up Comment #3, bug #32166 (project gnustep): I think you are mixing a few separate issues here.
First of all the theme switching needs to work with all the GNUstep menu settings. That is horizontal/vertical and in-window/separate window. The old code used to support changing in either direction, this is no longer true. Code to support this needs to go into GSTheme in gui. Support for the GNOME theme that may use a different technology to implement in-window menus is up tot he GNOME theme. This needs code that handles activation and deactivation correctly. That code doesn't belong into GNUstep gui. How window managers come into play here is something I don't understand. I am not aware of any window manager that cares about in-window menus. Although this might be a good idea. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?32166> _______________________________________________ Nachricht geschickt von/durch Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Bug-gnustep mailing list Bug-gnustep@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnustep
