[bug #34692] if multiple libobjc's exist, the use of AC_CHECK_FUNCS for checking functions in libobjc can give wrong results

Also, the same sort of problem occurs with:

AC_CHECK_HEADERS(objc/runtime.h)

This will pick up the apple runtime's runtime.h even though I'm not using the
apple runtime.
