NSTextView doesn't have padding on the left as is present in Cocoa / OPENSTEP
4.2.
I am entering this bug because there have been a few complaints from TestPlant
customers about this issue. Adding the padding should improve readability.
I have had discussions with Fred privately regarding this issue.
