This seems like a different problem then Rol.  The current core dlls are 0_24 
for gui, so this appears to be linking against an old dll.  Can you look at the 
timestamps at /GNUstep/System/Tools and make sure the gorm and ProjectCenter 
dlls are in fact the newly installed ones, not old ones?  Perhaps the install 
did not complete correctly for some reason.
