Follow-up Comment #1:
Documentation in Instances/resource-set.make I guess the stuff in
make/Documentation should make it clear that it's just an overview, with
detailed documentation there.
The use of a suibfolder is documented to be specified with
xxx_RESOURCE_FILES_DIR (defaults to the current directory).
