Still appears on the latest Ubuntu (20.10), under the following desktop
environments (and their default window managers):
- Plasma (KWin WM): Floating utility windows can be obscured by normal
windows
- Xfce (Xfwm WM): Submenu windows can be obscured by normal windows
- Unity (Compiz WM): Both floating and submenu windows can be obscured
