Hi Frederic,<br>
<br>
you normally get better replies if you leave the mail on the mailing list as in
that case more people will notice the issue. I did now read through the bug
report you linked in your first mail
(http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?58837) and there it sounds as if some
library file for cairo is placed in the wrong directory. That would be easy to
solve but this bug report also states that this solution only worked on Windows
7. It does not mention Windows 10. As I do all my GNUstep development on Linux
I am not aware what the state of MinGW support is at the moment. I remember a
few people working on Msys2 support for GNUstep, which would also allow to run
it at 64bit.<br>
<br>
In the bug report #49153 Greg describes a script that does all the installation
automatically. I would never trust such a script, but it may be a way for you.
You will find all these scripts at https://github.com/gnustep/tools-scripts<br>
<br>
Frederik Seiffert and Riccardo Motolla are the guys to talk to for Windows
support if you face further issues.<br>
<br>
Cheers,<br>

&gt; Thank you for your quick answer.<br>
&gt; I did install the following sets (according to
http://gnustep.org/windows/installer.html):<br>
&gt;<br>
&gt; • 01_gnustep-msys-system-0.30.0-setup<br>
&gt; • 02_gnustep-core-0.35.0-setup<br>
&gt; • 03_gnustep-devel-1.4.0-setup<br>
&gt; • 04_gnustep-cairo-0.35.0-setup<br>
&gt; • 05_ProjectCenter-0.6.2-35-setup<br>
&gt; • 06_gorm-1.2.23-35-setup<br>
&gt; In that order. I think that Cairo is on.<br>
&gt; Do you mean there is another tool to install ?‌<br>

&gt;<br>
&gt; The error message you see there means that you did not install the backend
for GNUstep gui. There are two possible backends on Windows win32 and cairo.
Just install the cairo backend module similar to how you did install the rest
of GNUstep and try again.<br>
&gt;<br>
&gt; Hope this helps,<br>
