I made some tests and I found out that there are 3 plugins that cause
this bug:
* FireGPG, whitch is downloadable from the GNU list of plugins;
* Adblock Plus, which is also in this list;
* Video DownloadHelper.

Some precisions: in fact, you have to start the browser twice: to
activate the pluging, than to find out that IceCat can't start anymore
with them.
