I don't know if the maintainer of the Fedora package is subscribed to
this mailing list, but either way, this isn't the right place to post
about it. You should report the bug (because it is a bug; one of
IceCat's features is to spoof the user agent string in a particular way)
in Fedora's bug tracker. Looks like that would be here:
