the makeicecat script does not handle unclean re-builds gracefully - if you are interested, i have a patch which cleans the work dir, if it is present, and also avoids downloading the upstream sources repeatedly, if those are present
that is mainly to assist with development, of course - if you only plan to build icecat once, then it is not likely that you would need to run makeicecat more than once - the simple fix is to delete the 'output' directory before running makeicecat
