Details:
PATCHES.AC and PATCHES.AM were removed from the CVS on 2002-01-23 by Bernhard
Rosenkraenzer <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
This patch removes references to these file from Makefile.am. Their presense
cause 'make dist' to fail.
