Great! Your patch looks straightforward, however, there is a minor
problem:

But your documentation patch talks about LC_ALL... Additionally,
since the list of used countries is hardcoded, I ask you to add this
list to the documentation also, and to give also a sample how to use
it (in the texinfo file only).
