Details:
This patch adds two arguments to two mdoc(7) macros that are
used in various manuals:
.At III (AT&T System III UNIX) usually occurs in HISTORY sections.
.St -iso8601 (Representation of dates and times, published in 1988) occurs in
manuals like cal(1), touch(1), strftime(3) and so on.
