Summary: src/devices/grolj4/lj4_font.5.man: spews warning Project: GNU troff Submitted by: gbranden Submitted on: Sat 10 Mar 2018 03:06:54 PM UTC Category: Device - others Severity: 2 - Minor Item Group: Incorrect behaviour Status: In Progress Privacy: Public Assigned to: gbranden Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Planned Release: None _______________________________________________________ Details: Reported by cjwatson to the list. $ groff -e -mandoc -Z -wmac -Tutf8 <src/devices/grolj4/lj4_font.5.man >/dev/null eqn:<standard input>:122: unquoted escape \~ in eqn input produces this warning. It's not clear to me that we get much benefit from using eqn in this page just for this one somewhat malformed chunk of input (it also arguably ought to be using "times" rather than "\[mu]" if it's going to be using eqn anyway). How about something like this? Or is there a better approach? _______________________________________________________ File Attachments: ------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sat 10 Mar 2018 03:06:54 PM UTC Name: cjwpatch.diff Size: 661B By: gbranden <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/download.php?file_id=43502> _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?53316> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ bug-groff mailing list bug-groff@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-groff
