Details:
It's okay to give up on hopelessly corrupt input, but we shouldn't drop core.
$ nroff crash.nroff
grotty:<standard input>:5: bad font position '-1'
groff: grotty: Signal 11 (core dumped)
$ od -c crash.nroff
