Under *AUTHORS* and *SEE ALSO* are 3 dead links:
1. http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/who/bwk/index.html
2. http://cm.bell-labs.com/netlib/typesetting/chem.gz
3. http://cm.bell-labs.com/cm/cs/cstr/122.ps.gz
Rather than delete them outright, I suggest replacing them with the last
versions that were saved by the Wayback Machine:
