Details:
The font-remapping-for-(sub)section headings feature I added in May of this
year led to remapping of italic fonts when they were used in header/footer
text if the previous page ended at a (sub)section heading boundary that
.ne-eded more vertical space than remained on the page. The remapping was
thus in effect for `tl` requests when it was not intended to be.
Reproducer:
INPUT='.TH \\fIfoo\\fP 1 2021-10-04 "groff test suite"
.SH Name
foo \\- a command with a very short name
.sp 50v
.SH "\\fIgroff\\fP integration"
A complicated situation.'
OUTPUT=$(echo "$INPUT" | "$groff" -Tascii -man -rcR=0)
