[mm]: Fix Savannah #63613.
* contrib/mm/mm/0.MT (cov*print-authors): Iterate through _all_
technical memorandum numbers instead of stopping one shy of the last.
Problem appears to date back to introduction of TM support for
memorandum type 1 in commit a48ab7b6d (groff 1.05, 1992-03-18).
