We have an internal (to groff), separate "source of truth" for the list of
devps fonts; I figure the pdf device should support whatever fonts the ps
device happens to support as shipped by groff (except for those we know it
doesn't need or aren't "real" fonts).
We don't have a single source of truth for the URW collection of font names,
though if you were to suggest we should develop one, since there are several
places it would be useful, I would agree.
