\Rx does not work in cells as documented.
See attached test case:
pdfroff -ms -t tbl.ms >tbl.pdf
This did work in v1.22.4, but broke in v1.23.0. I presume, it broke with
4f4b79b8aa0f044a3b2e6a97c8e7dd745b5eead9. repeated_char_entry is no longer
generated anywhere.
