If I slip to _gropdf_ a "download" file with only two tab-separated fields
instead of three, I get the following spew.
Use of uninitialized value $file in substr at
/home/branden/groff-HEAD/bin/gropdf line 1167, <__ANONIO__> line 1.
Use of uninitialized value $file in substr at
/home/branden/groff-HEAD/bin/gropdf line 1174, <__ANONIO__> line 1.
Use of uninitialized value $file in concatenation (.) or string at
/home/branden/groff-HEAD/bin/gropdf line 1174, <__ANONIO__> line 1.
In my opinion, _gropdf_ should check that the lines in the "download" file are
of satisfactory form, and throw a complaining diagnostic if they aren't.
