Follow-up Comment #2:
Will probably resolve this is as invalid (_no longer_ valid, strictly), when
we drop "contrib/pdfmark" from the _groff_ distribution as contemplated in bug
#63827.
It would be nice to get PDF hyperlink support into _groff ms_
contemporaneously with that (then people wouldn't need "-mspdf" in the first
place). I'm finalizing this augmentation for _man_ and _mdoc_, so it might
happen...
