Follow-up Comment #3:
The only value to keeping this open is that it's not yet known how bug #63827
will be resolved. I don't think anyone advocates retaining the obsolete
pdfmark in groff, but if for some reason that _does_ end up being the
resolution, then bugs about it are still valid.
Making 63827 a dependency.
