As mentioned in bug #63018, afmtodit's generated headers could additionally
include the names of the source files that generate them, and the
presence/values of command-line options that affect the generated contents.
Branden also notes there, "Could affect _afmtodit_, _hpftodit_, _tfmtodit_,
_addftinfo_, and _xtotroff_."
