Thank you, Peter, for this! I changed my documents right away, and this is
what I wanted all along.
Somehow, I subconsciously assumed LABEL to refer to some kind of PDF
referencing mechanism, or an anchor to refer to from the text, but looking
again at the documentation
> LABEL, if given, appears beneath the image. The text you supply, surrounded
by double-quotes, is how the image is labelled in both the document proper and
the List of Figures.
I really do not understand why I did not even try it.
