The orginal definition of the string PDFLB (for introducing line breaks within
the text of a popup note) causes gropdf to barf. A much simpler definition
achieves the correct result.

Also the dimensions for the popup note actually define the hotspot area
including the visible icon denoting the popup, rather than the size of the
popup text window.
