Hi Bjarni,
Confirmed. This is not a regression relative to a **release**, but to Git
prior to 26 February; I am retitling it for that reason, and for clarity.
I had a look, and this error (on my part) arose due to my fumbling of unique
code in _tbl_ that is not shared by other preprocessors, so fortunately they
continue to work fine.
For example:
$ ./build/eqn ./build/src/preproc/eqn/eqn.1 | grep -w lf
.lf 1 "/home/branden/groff-HEAD/share/groff/1.23.0/tmac/eqnrc
.lf 6
.lf 1 "./build/src/preproc/eqn/eqn.1
.lf 264
.lf 265
.lf 296
.lf 297
