Kicking up the severity; in my opinion, crashers are "important" bugs.
The definition of the severity, which disappointingly I don't think is
available to anyone but tracker admins, is "Issue has a major effect on the
component's usability without rendering it completely unusable to everyone."
Also, it is not necessary to format anything inside the diversion to trigger
the bug. This does too.
