Someone on redit groff was asking whether grotty supported RGB colours, rather
than just the 8 colours supported now. I had a look and a very moderate change
adds the facility as an option (pass -P-t to groff when selecting a grotty
device and you can use any RGB colour for foreground/background).
I would appreciate someone checking I have not done something stupid. It seems
to work fine with konsole and gnome-terminal. Xterm is almost there, has issue
with using bold and italic fonts along with rgb colours, otherwise fine.
