What would those be? The Heidelberger macros only contain seven macros and
none of their names are shared with any ms macros - or did I overlook
something?

Makes no difference at my end. Also, I can make an *.ms document including a
table made with tbl(1) and put my Heidelberger table at the end and still make
it it render fine. I suspect it is some problem with the preprocessor calls in
the "ms.ms" document - it calls "-p -e -t", but so does the mom document and
it renders the table fine. I also notice that if I put the "-ms" argument
before the "-m hdtbl" argument, the process freezes so nothing is rendered
(that would be another bug). I need to put the "-ms" after, but then it only
renders the outline of the table.
